My wife and I had a great stay at Outrigger and would highly recommend the hotel. The beautiful colonial style resort is ideally located for the best possible stay on Koh Samui. Everything we experienced was of a very high standard. Our quiet, spacious room was extremely comfortable and the extensive breakfast selection included both Thai and American dishes. There are excellent pools with a bar and restaurant, set beside a stunning palm fringed beach. The very friendly and helpful staff are what really make this hotel special. Without exception everyone goes out of their way to ensure you have the best possible stay. Bernard the Manager introduced himself to us in the bar and it’s clear he works hard to ensure everyone offers guests the highest possible standard of service. At reception Norbert was very helpful and in the restaurants Noot, Kawee and Tong provided outstanding service. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and impeccably tidy every day by housekeeping. This hotel has everything you want for an enjoyable stay, however for those wanting to venture out, traditional Thai and contemporary cafes/restaurants are within easy walking distance.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend this hotel to other families. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We slept really well in our beds, they were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We benefitted from the Voyager Lounge, which was a real treat. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They even memorized our names and our favorite cocktail, we were impressed! The facilities were great, especially for children. Our kids loved the games room and the laser tag. My husband and I enjoyed the dinners at the beach, the restaurant is marvelous. There are also plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we will certainly return.

The staff are just incredible esp Michael , Laura, Packey & Ice who made us smile & laugh every day :-) The Christmas Day lunch buffet was amazing & was so much fun , the pool & beach are just gorgeous & we met the nicest families there! We left today and all miss it already !

Good food & facilities available, easy access to activities, currency ex hange etc. Pleased outrigger supporting reefs would like to know what is happening in front of outrigger samui to support environment. 😀
